What Celebrities Are In The Bored Ape Yacht Club?

After raising around US$2 million in its early days, BAYC’s collection parties have spread from digital platforms to auction houses. In 2021, Sotheby’s sold two lots of 107 BAYC and 101 Bored Ape Kennel Club NFT for over $24 million and $1.8 million, respectively. So, let’s learn about What Celebrities Are In The Bored Ape Yacht Club?

Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber is one of the newest celebrities to join the Bored Ape Yacht Club with the purchase of BAYC #3001 on January 29, 2022. The NFT comes with a price tag of 500 ETH, or around $1.3 million. Many BAYC fans pointed out that the pop star overpaid, considering that the Bored Ape had more common traits and characteristics, such as brown fur and a black t-shirt.
